Cancellation Policy

At Captivating Events By Chi, our mission is to provide an exceptional and enchanting experience for our clients. To ensure a seamless and delightful service, we have outlined the following policies: Booking and Reservations: To secure your desired date and experience, we recommend booking in advance. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled event will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations made 14 days before the event will be eligible for a partial refund. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will consider such situations on a case-by-case basis. Please communicate any specific requests or preferences in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate them. Event Details and Coordination: Clear communication is essential. We will work closely with you to confirm event details, including venue access, preferred themes, and any other specifications. On the day of the event, our team will arrive in advance to set up and ensure everything is perfect. Breakdown will be conducted discreetly after the event concludes. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions: For events that include curated snack boards, please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions well in advance.
